Gorna Oryahovitsa

The Gorna Oryahovitsa municipality is located in North-Central Bulgaria in Veliko Turnovo District. The Municipality consists of 14 towns and 12 villages. The municiapl center of Gorna Oryahovitsa municipality is town of Gorna Oryahovitsa.

Gorna Oryahovitsa railroad station is one of the biggest railroad junctions in Bulgaria with considerable amount of freight and passengers. Two main railroads pass through the town - Sofia-Varna and Ruse-Stara Zagora. Gorna Oryanovitsa Airport is the fifth international airport in the country. There is operational agricultural aviation on the territory of the municipality.
