Balkandjiiska house is the pearl of Delchevo village. Situated at the central square,the house boasts a spectacular view over the valley of Mesta river. The house accommodates 14 persons and it is built in traditional style in combination with all the facilities for modern comfort.It is extremely spacious,full of light and inside the patterns of stone,wood and traditional textures create an authentic experience of cosiness and comfort.
The house has 3 storeys.On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.In the first room there are two single beds and in thee second room there is a double bed.On the second floor there is a spacious living-room with a fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen corner.Outside ther is a spacious balcony with a remarkable view.On the third floor there are three bedrooms,each with a separate bathroom and toilet.In the first room there is one single bed and one double bed.In the second room there is one king-size bed and in the third room there is one single and one double beds.
Outside the house there is a barbeque area as well as mini-gardens.In the winter the house is heated with the fireplace and a heating system connected with it.There is wireless,wi-fi,HD satellite and big plasma TV.Whatever is the occasion that brings you here in the house you will find all the necessary ingredients for a perfect relaxation and unforgetale experience.You are welcome!!!
