Map
Bozhi most (God’s bridge) is located near Vratsa and represents a rock bridge with imposing dimensions. Unable to explain its formation, the local population started thinking there was some intervention by supernatural powers, and that is why it was called Bozhi most (God’s bridge). It looks like tunnel that is 100m long, with a 20-metre high entrance and is 25m wide. The vaulted ceiling is 12m thick.
It is impressive that in the tunnel there are rock columns on the walls which support the smooth ceiling and the cracks give the walls a mosaic look. At a height about 9-10m from the tunnel floor there are small caves in which bats hide.
