Shabla, Bulgaria

The town of Shabla is located in Northeastern Bulgaria and is Bulgaria’s easternmost point. Shabla beautifully combines the plain of Dobruja and the Black Sea. Here is located the oldest lighthouse on the Balkan Peninsula, and according to some other sources in Europe, too. Lake Shabla, which is a natural reserve with a great number of various animals, is close by. The Shabla tuzla is famous for its curative mud. Due to its wide beach line, the light breeze and peacefulness, Shabla is preferred for rest and recreation from the tense weekdays.
